110-300-0186(1) - It was observed that parents have filled out individual care plans for several children, indicating that they have allergic reactions to certain foods. These plans lack the signature of the children's healthcare provider, lack specified steps to be taken in the event of an allergic reaction, lack a treatment plan, and prescribed medications.
